About Me
A youth leader building institutions for public service.
Sadikur Rahman is a Bangladeshi youth leader, social entrepreneur, and climate advocate born on 8 July 2010.
He founded Global Youth Zero Alliance on 20 July 2024, an international youth-led organization dedicated to empowering young people through leadership development, sustainable development, civic engagement, climate action, community service, and international cooperation.
In 2025, he founded Model Youth Parliament Bangladesh, a national parliamentary simulation initiative designed to strengthen youth participation in democracy, leadership, diplomacy, policy-making, and public speaking.
His work focuses on creating opportunities for young people to become responsible leaders capable of solving local and global challenges through collaboration, innovation, and service. He continues to build partnerships with youth leaders, institutions, advisors, and organizations across multiple countries to expand meaningful youth engagement worldwide.

Alongside his organizational work, Sadikur Rahman is actively researching the unique development challenges and opportunities of small island and developing nations, particularly in the Pacific region. His current areas of interest include Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Nauru, Kiribati, and neighboring island nations.
His research focuses on identifying practical, youth-led, and sustainable solutions in climate resilience, environmental protection, education, governance, entrepreneurship, and community development.
